Scheduled Departures
Travel with like-minded people on our fantastic scheduled departure trips. With a maximum of 16 people, the tours give you great flexibility to experience Oman. These excursions accommodate our guests in either 3 star superior hotels or in our own inviting dome tents. On our scheduled departure trips all meals are included, either in hotels or prepared by your own cook. Breakfast and dinner are always hot and lunch will either be a freshly prepared picnic or lunch in a local restaurant. All water and soft drinks are included. Our trips are led by experienced Omani guides who speak a variety of languages. For scheduled departures we limit the total amount of participants to 16 and accept guests of all ages. Mountain Trek Explorer Trip – 2 Nights
This is a great trip for walking enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. The tour encompasses the best of the Hajar Mountains and the spectacular sights that can be discovered amongst them.
Departing from Muscat you head down to Nizwa with your guide, and enjoy Jebal Shams, known for Oman’s Grand Canyon, it’s stunning scenery and at 3100 metres the highest mountain of the Arabian peninsula, as well as Jebal Akhdar, Oman’s green mountain featuring lush gardens.
Accommodation is in a camp at the top of Jebal Shams, with dramatic views over the surrounding area, and in a hotel in Nizwa, Oman’s old capital and the cultural heartland of the country.

Coastal Explorer Trip – 3 Nights
This fantastic route takes you along the fertile Batinah coast. The trip starts with a boat trip out of Muscat and an opportunity to look for the friendly resident dolphins that swim along the shore. Explore the city from the coastline.
Leaving Muscat you head to Bandar Khyran, a bay full of inlets and untouched beaches, one of which will be yours for the night, before travelling on to the stunning White Sands Beach at Fins followed by the turtle reserve at Ras Al Jinz.
Oman’s coastline is largely undeveloped and the scenery is remarkable. With a combination of camping and semi-permanent camps it is a real chance to get in touch with your beautiful natural surroundings.

Interior Explorer Trip – 4 Nights
If you are looking to explore the highlights of the interior of Oman this is the perfect trip for you.
You start with a night on the unspoilt White Sands Beach at Fins before travelling inland to the Wahiba Sands desert, made famous by the English Explorer Wilfred Thesiger.
Afterwards you cut across country from the desert via Sinew, it’s famous ruins and souq, before reaching the old capital Nizwa. On your way to Muscat you explore the mountain regions of Jebal Shams and Jebal Akhdar. Your route passes through stunning mountain scenery back to the capital, via Rustaq and Nakhal.

Northern Explorer Trip – 6 Nights
Combining all of the trips above, our Northern Explorer trip is the best way to see the highlights of Oman.
This journey has something for everyone: from the fantastic boat trip to Bandar Khyran at the beginning, via travelling along the Batinah coast to exploring the interior. You will have the opportunity to witness all the must see sites of the North.
Bringing together the coast and the interior of the country this is an ideal taster for first time visitors to Oman.
